This so called 'maisonette' - two story apartment - is situated in the heart of Rotterdam next to a pond and close to an area with nice cafés and terraces. On top of that maximum 10 minutes bike ride to the university. It has a spacious living room with an open kitchen -fully equipped- and also a balcony. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and a bathroom.
Just bring your own stuff, unpack and you are ready to discover Rotterdam.
